This is a double-sided, multi-functional chopping board from Joseph Joseph. The key product feature is the angled cutting surface to assist in the drainage and collection of juice or food. Once collected they can be poured from a corner. One side of the board has a meat grip to assist when carving. Made of polypropylene.
